An independent community leader is more important than ever. I have more than six years of nonpartisan experience both as Pierce County Auditor and as a Tacoma City Councilmember, and more than 20 years of service working for the YWCA, small businesses, the State of Washington and a long list of community organizations. I even helped to establish an Ethics Commission for the City of Tacoma.
As Auditor I have spent my time modernizing procedures and creating accountable transparent systems all while increasing customer service. I have proven that I have the necessary combination of professional administration, nonpartisan demeanor, and executive management experience required to be your Auditor. I look forward to continuing to serve you.
